GREAT article from Child in Time blog. (Imaginary friends are nice too). Seriously though, a friend of mine, English professor, and I were just discussing how we both overuse parentheses. One writer thinks that most of what is written that way is useless information.

Now that I&#039;ve read the article, I wonder if parentheses serve as a kind of written private speech.]]></description>
