Thanks so much for sharing… I am finding it more and more relaxing to understand that I’m part of a whole which has free will to be here, there or everywhere… Hard to explain, but it does help, even when I’m not looking in the mirror. Sometimes, though, there’s an evil that appears and seems to taunt me, but I guess that is just the way it goes in general life: good and bad live side by side… :-}

I have done this numerous times and just now decided to do research on this. For some odd reason, I only seem to decide to look in the mirror after someone has passed away (which I do not find out about until after I have done the “staring in the mirror.” On two different occasions, I looked in the mirror and saw someone I could not recognize; then later found out from a friend that this person passed away (a person that I have met only once before). This really is a fascinating thing. I discovered doing this on my own, before doing any research. What I do is go into my bathroom, light a candle and turn the lights off. Then my face is about a foot or so away from the mirror and I stare into my eyes. My eyes go in and out of focus and everything goes black, then a few seconds later I see the apparition of another “person.” Whether it truly is another person or not, I’m not quite sure. But I do believe there is some sort of paranormal sense behind this; well in my case at least.

…just remember who you are – before you looked into the mirror, and know that it’s like learning that the world is round and not flat… It shouldn’t change you yourself – your essential self, but it can change your perception of things… Don’t let fear rule you… You have made it this far, so carry on… Just because the world is round and not flat, doesn’t mean you have to struggle now… Carry on normally and give understanding to yourself… It’s always been there, it’s not something new… Why should you have any fears now? Relax… Enjoy… Carry on!

my mirror seems to be a doorway into a realm of that other beings inhabit. I fear my dabbling has allowed something into my life. my entire perception of life has changed because of this… what sort of energy cold i have brought upon my life?

Well i was sitting infront of this really old tv and my face started changing i was quite scared at first and i didn’t know what was happening so i tried to controle it but its not easy and didnt really work. I only saw horrible monster faces my (alive) brothers face and my face but slightly distorted.

If I got to this page is because i was freaking out because this happened to me so i looked it up on google. I was at this gas station (about at midnight after a weekend getaway) and i go in the bathroom and dont mind the light nor the huge mirror just went in and when i was done and washing my hands i took a glance at the mirror and keep washing my hands, but then im like “wait a minute” and i look back at myself (because when i just glanced at myself something looked off) and i look again and OH MY FREAKING GOSH. My face was DEFORMED. It wasn’t me. I was SO SCARED. It wasn’t a monster or anything. It just wasn’t me. My nose was crooked, noticeable to the right. my lips were off too, kind of like tilted (i know descriptions are hard right now but bare with me) and my eyes were different, probably bigger, more round than naturally possible. (like very round, like an image or drawing) and my skin also looked weird. pale, a different shade, even. The light was obviously dim and all (by then i was just freaking out and so scared about my reflection) when i go back in the car first thing i do is look it up on google. I tend to thing all these things are psychological so i just assumed something was off with me. And this article comes up. It made total sense. Big mirror, dim lights, silence, etc. So now i feel a little better about it but every time i think about it its really freaky.

I am no guru in this matter, so I do hope that you get a lot of replies… My only thought at this moment is for you to realise that you will get stronger in being able to be in control – it’s your inevitable growth as you exercise your will… I always stress that it is very important to have a good relationship with The Creator of Everything, so that you can look “into your temple” and know that He resides there, as well as in everyone else, every soul, and everywhere, and is Almighty… All else can have power, but are not All Powerful… It takes time to build a proper relationship with The Almighty, as one is thwarted at every turn by forces that would like to use you for their own purposes… Anyways, you’re more than welcome to write if you have any questions for me, but I do hope you get lots of insight… I would suggest a read of all the entries here to get a feel for the vast array of experiences… We are all so uniquely and cunningly made, that it’s impossible for us to really put each other into “slots”… Warmest wishes to all, raine
