		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m often amazed how people on antidepressants who don&#039;t respond (about 2/3rds) have their dosage upped (high or lower dosage makes no difference as regards the effectiveness of antidepressants) or are &quot;tried&quot; on alternative
antidepressants even though no antidepressant has ever been shown to be more effective than any other and no antidepressant have ever performed better than placebo.
