This type of “high” is commonly found in athletes – (i.e. when Michael Jordan hit something like 7 or 8 three-pointers in a row during a Bulls game…) I believe there is a lot of this type of mind-body connection in Yoga and pranayama too. Sites like http://www.mindandbodyworkout.net tend to correlate the concept of happiness or total peace with exercise and breathing. Finding your flow, so to speak.
